Chrissy, the Professional vs Chrissy, the Mom

For years, I felt like I was living two separate lives, constantly combatting one another.
There was "Chrissy, the professional," navigating new industries in corporate sales, and "Chrissy, the mom," juggling school and sports schedules, healthy meals, while maintaining home life demands. Not to forget: relationships, personal health and fitness goals, and hobbies.
Constant "mom guilt" versus "career guilt", I was burning the candle at both ends. There was always something on the back burner professionally, or personally. That all changed when I decided to take control of how I defined each aspect of my life.
That's when I realized I needed to find a way to integrate these two parts of my life. I started experimenting with different strategies, from time management techniques to mindset shifts, focusing on career growth, personal well-being, and family life. I found that the things I learned in the gym (CrossFit & weightlifting) directly applied to my business successes. The grit and mental toughness it took to push through a heavy set translated into the office.
Using those tools, I had a crucial "aha" moment: I realized the secret to my success wasn't in the product or the industry, but in my ability to connect with others in an authentic way. I had a voice, and I learned to use it to earn the trust that compelled partnerships and drove results. It was this discovery that became the foundation for my work—using my voice and my expertise to help brands who need it most.
